This was my first visit and I was very satisfied. She was very thorough and what I appreciated was that she never once made me feel like she was in a hurry - instead she patiently listened to my problems and explained things to me properly and gave me good advice too! She's also very friendly and yes, I would definitely recommend her to others!!

She is very friendly, understands the patient's problems, gives suitable advise, repeats the check ups every alternative days and calls the patient to check whether they are ok, finally attends the patient immediately if a new patient who doesn't know about appointments and comes directly.

I had a issue of eye redness and discharge.Dr Bhuvana was very efficient. After a thorough examination she had a treatment plan. After which I am feeling better she had asked me to come after a couple of days for a follow up check which was good, she explained the issue n dos and don’t s which helped in speedy recovery.

Very bad experience. It started with waiting 30 minutes even after taking appointment.

Later doctor was saying.he didn't have equipment for the eye test for kids where her assistant confirmed that she has all the necessary equipment for kids eye test.

After the basic eye check-up she said it cannot be acertained that kid eye is weak.

She started saying general stuff like wash the eyes, change pillow covers etc.

Never visit incase you are looking for kids consultation, as she didn't has patience and understanding for kids and easily get irritated with kids

I went for an eye check up consultation with Dr. Bhuvana Jayapal, as I was feeling continuous irritation in my eyes for 1 week. I was not at all convinced with her opinion. She couldn't clearly tell me why am I feeling this irritation. The conversation went on a good note though. Now coming to the fees payment part. In Practo app, her consultation fees was mentioned as 450 Rupees, as well as on a printed paper displayed in her chamber. Even before consultation I checked and confirmed with the receptionist that the consultation fee is 450 rupees. But she called her receptionist and asked her to charge me 500 rupees. When I asked why they are charging me 50 rupees extra, then she told her receptionist that I can pay 450 and leave without the prescription.

I have travelled many hospitals accross India, and this was my first experience, where a doctor is charging for writting a prescription, that too without any receipt or record.** ***** **** *** **** * ****** *** *** *** * **** *** ** * ****** **** **** ******* *** ********* ******* ***** ***** **** *********

Very impatient, i went there for headache and she asked me questions, i said i have 3 months old daughter, she suddenly transformed into paediatrician and started giving me lot of suggestions which are against what my actual paediatrician advised. She transformed into general surgeon at one point. She doesn't even listen to us, she says " seri seri seri" if we try to say something. She irritates so much, at one point i just want to leave that place. She says what my paediatrician said, what my dietician said and what my general surgeon said where 'wrong' . When i didn't agree she says that iam confused. And during eye test i just got scared when the light is touching my eye... doctors should assure that nothing will happen...she just ignores our doubts. I will never ever recommend her.

a good doctor but the only point which goes against her is that she does not understand hindi and i could not explain my problems in detail in english.

i was consulting her for any bad effect on retina due to diabitic problem and some dizzy floating images seen by me.

she advised a vitamin tab and an eye lubricant --and the glasses i was using were good enough to continue.

For retina she advised to consult a retina specialist if required--otherwise situation is normal --i am satisfied

My appointment was at 7:30 pm but the assistant of Bhuvana didn't allow me to meet the doctor. I was forced to wait even when I had an appointment. This is ridicul**s. There is point in booking an appointment as doctor is seeing patients as per her assistant's choice.

I will not visit that clinic and will recommend all not to go there if you are expecting to consult as per your booked appointment.

Very bad experience.

Doctor Bhuvana inspected my eye thoroughly and understood my problem. I was advised to use 2 Eye drops and one Ointment for problem in my eye. I went after 4 days for follow up and by then the irritation in my eyes was cured. Thanks to Doctor Bhuvana for treatment and immediate relief.

*** ****** ******* ** *** ****** *** ***** ********** We went to her due to a headache my wife was complaining and on her diagnosis she confirmed that power has increased by +2. For me it little unlikely so went for second opinion and found that there is no change in power. Very Dangerous
