As per the guidelines from my sister, took an appointment from Dr. Banarji in mid of may 2017.. I was having pain while walking, climbing stairs.. After visiting and MRI scans came to know abt problem.. And I was suggested to undergo surgery of arthroscopic mosaicplasty in SAKRA Hospital.. I was totally scared, talked to Banarji sir 4-5times abt surgery and he explained abt problem, surgery etc so patiently and nicely.. That gave me bit of hope

My mother (Archana Dubey ) met with an accident which resulted into broken shoulders. She was operated at two different places where one of the surgery was unsuccessful. Great dissatisfaction. Took appointment at Sakra (fee 800rs), he didn't even spend 2 minutes properly. Half the time he was on a call and text messages. I have shown him my MRI Scan report, he just had a glance for few seconds (while he was talking something serious over his phone). He said everything is fine, I told him that my L3-L4 Spine has a bulge as per the scan reports, he doesn't even take the pain to explain the actual issue and where is the actual problem. I was asking questions to understand the details, he was very reluctant and disinterested, responding to me while checking messages on his phone.
