As per the guidelines from my sister, took an appointment from Dr. Banarji in mid of may 2017.. I was having pain while walking, climbing stairs.. After visiting and MRI scans came to know abt problem.. And I was suggested to undergo surgery of arthroscopic mosaicplasty in SAKRA Hospital.. I was totally scared, talked to Banarji sir 4-5times abt surgery and he explained abt problem, surgery etc so patiently and nicely.. That gave me bit of hope

. finally I underwent surgery on 26th may 2017 and was under physiotherapy as suggested by him for 2 months.. And today I am completely fit and can walk without pain.. Today I went to my office and didn't face any pain.. Yes I m still told to take care and be cautious for couple of months more. But the surgery wounds have completly healed.. ** ** *** **** *********** ******* * ***** ****

My mother (Archana Dubey ) met with an accident which resulted into broken shoulders. She was operated at two different places where one of the surgery was unsuccessful. Great dissatisfaction. Took appointment at Sakra (fee 800rs), he didn't even spend 2 minutes properly. Half the time he was on a call and text messages. I have shown him my MRI Scan report, he just had a glance for few seconds (while he was talking something serious over his phone). He said everything is fine, I told him that my L3-L4 Spine has a bulge as per the scan reports, he doesn't even take the pain to explain the actual issue and where is the actual problem. I was asking questions to understand the details, he was very reluctant and disinterested, responding to me while checking messages on his phone.

Simply suggested to go to Physiotherapy for 2-3 weeks and recommended to visit Spine Surgeon (in Sakra) if the pain persists. He was so disinterested as if I went to a government hospital for a free visit.

It is the minimum responsibility of a doctor to dedicate few minutes towards the patient and try to address the issue with patience. That gives confidence and trust to the patient.

First the doctor wasn't available for 2 hours despite booking prior appointment, the staff charged a whooping 750 rupees and asked me to get consulted by a junior doctor. ***** * *** ********* ** *** to see a neurologist for which again I was being asked to pay 750 rupees, I thought of checking with doctor Banarji considering his experience. I was also requested to get an X-ray done, which was a quick one within a fraction of seconds, which means inaccurate for which I paid 420 rupees. Finally I was placed last in the appointment despite having it booked in advance for 3.40 pm to only sit in pain until 5.55 pm.

The doctor was being disturbed by his fellow colleagues/ friends abd hence was least bothered about my pain. In less than 2 mins he just prescribed pain reliever gel and paracetamol tablets. ***** *** *** **** ** **** *** ******** ** ***********Wouldn't recommend his services ever to anyone!

There was sense of urgency with the doctor. We visited for my mother knee and ankle pain. The other on duty doctor told us to get x Ray's and blood reports. When we met the Dr. Banarji, we expected little bit more time from him in explaining things. He told vitamin D deficiency to be main issue for pain, but his prescription does not include any vitamin D dose. He didn't even asked for blood reports. When it was not needed, why ask patient to get it done. We spent 2k on blood test. No mention of why pain is in ankle , why there is swelling. Was expecting he would tell what all medicine he has prescribed, what it meant for.

Though the doctor was polite and friendly, but somehow we were not fully satisfied with the interaction.

I had a lingering wrist pain for last 6 months due to an injuryI waited more than 1 hr only to meet a junior doctor who advised x-ray before meeting Dr. Banerji. Did x Ray and came back to discover Dr. Banerji had left for daily rounds. had to come back the next day, waited "just" 20 mins this time. doctor Banerji listened to me for a total of 2 mins and gave generic advice, some painkillers and to come back in a week.******* ******* ** ** ***** **** * ***** ******** ******* ****** *** ********* *** ****** *** ****** ** **** **** *** ***** would not recommend Dr Banerji at all. I am visiting another Doctor who would be more patient and be interested in treating the injury.

In 5 minutes I was in his room, he didn't even put an effort to listen about my problem. He just saw MRI report which I've got from my previous doctor and without listening nor examining me,he sent me out with some medicines.He attended 2 to 3 calls in between.Moreover while I was trying to know the reason for my prolonged pain in my knee with no problems identified in my reports, he rudely waved me off by quoting " Do you want me to perform surgery on you? " and left the room with me still in the room. Never would go to him whatever may be the problem.

Dr. Banaraji is an example of very cool in good ethics, humanitarian and humility. Dr Banaraji of the most doctors who have dealt with them in my life, he likes his work and top in specialization. Dr. Banaraji had done a very successful operation for my wife in right shoulder last May with the care of Allah and summit in precision. Thank Allah and thanks to him. All thanked, appreciation, respect and gratitude to Dr. Banaraji.

I am visited sakra world hospital for knee pain & meet Dr. Banarji B H after MRI scan he suggested me to knee operation(Mosaic plasty-osteoarticular transfer). after that i had knee operation & suggested me for 60days rest. now i am feeling very good & knee pain also get reduced.
