I had very bad swollen / bleeding gum issue for the last 4 years and all the dentist that I visited would just do cleaning or deep cleaning and advised me on proper brushing techniques and diet. I have followed all that

I had very bad swollen / bleeding gum issue for the last 4 years and all the dentist that I visited would just do cleaning or deep cleaning and advised me on proper brushing techniques and diet. I have followed all that was suggested to me over the last 4 years by various dentist, but the bleeding did not stop and because of that I use to have bad breath as well. Then I decided not to go to any other dentist as it will be the same story of cleaning as no one was doing proper diagnosis and provide me a solution. Few months back I started to feel it was getting even bad, so I had no choice but to look for another dentist, but this time I did some search on google to find a good doctor and as you can see there are many clinics with good rating, but somehow I chose Dental Solutions @ Indiranagar and asked for an experience doctor and it was Dr.Balu himself had picked up the call and after explaining my problem, he asked me to come over as he himself was a specialist in gum related problems.

I visited the clinic and while the doctor was still on his way, the staff there ensured they did the basic scanning and everything ready without having to spend much time. Once Dr. Balu reached the clinic, he listened patiently to all that I had to explain and then he examined my gums and scan report. Then the he clearly explained that I was affected by chronic periodontists, showing me with images on his computer and 3 different treatments that was available and the cost as well. In the last 4 years all the doctors that I visited never gave me such a clear diagnose and treatment that was required. I visited dental solutions Dr.Balu, just for consultation, but after his diagnoses and treatment plan, I decided to take up the treatment same day and also decided to go with the treatment that Dr would best recommend for me, so on his suggestion I underwent wpt laser treatment, it is painless compared to other methods, so had 2 sitting and in fact after the 1st sitting itself the bleeding stopped which is normal even when other doctors do the cleaning, so I was mindful of that and on completing the 2nd sitting, he suggested that I go for local drug delivery, I agreed and followed his advice. After 2 sittings doctor advised me on gum massage / brushing techniques and medication, also did not have to run round having to buy medicines, it was all in one place. I had my next visit scheduled after a month and there was no bleeding or bad breath, Dr. had took my pre and post treatment pics and showed me the difference when I visited him the next time and he said that he would be publishing pics on medical journals.

Long story short, Dr.Balu is an experienced doctor with latest technology and I am happy that I meet him and decided to undergo the treatment that he suggested me. Now it’s more than 2.5 months since the treatment and no bleeding or swollen gums. Thanks Dr.Balu.

He patiently answers all questions and then recommends the various treatment alternatives with costs so that the patient can make an educated decision for the future course of action.

I am midway thru my gum treatment and crown/ bridge fixing and am very satisfied with the progress so far. Dr Balu and his wife Dr Ramya complement each other very efficiently and take care of the respective roles in the treatment seamlessly without wasting any time .

The Clinic is clean and hygienic and all the other doctors and staff are very friendly and coordinate well to see that the wait time is bare minimum and the patient is well taken care of. I would recommend Dental Solutions to everybody .
