Doctor is very good and kind but the staff is very meen and rude behaviour

Dr. Balaji Gurappa helped me recover from Ileal Ulcers related complications I suffered due to food poisoning, persistent diarrhea (4 weeks), and helped restore my appetite and my confidence. Dr. Balaji Gurrapa is a kind and humble man who truly listens to his patients. He made quick and accurate diagnosis, and confined to monitor me until I was fully recovered. During a very trying time, I found him to be comforting, and he helped me maintain a positive outlook. Great doctor!" The doctor was very friendly. He explained my problem very well and answered all my questions politely. I had to get my endoscopy done which went pretty well here. Doctor was able to diagnose the issue and precribed me with proper medication. My problem got cured now. I just have one feedback that before endodscopy if the doctor or someone in the clinic briefly explained how the procedure would be done then that would give some confidence to the patients. Rest all was good and I am totally satisfied with the treatment.

Dr is good but lack of staff makes the process frustrating at the clinic, no respect for time .

Also the test charges are quite high compared to the market prices please go for tests outside if you want to save your money

We booked Colonoscopy test..They booked appointment without asking for prescription. They did the procedure the next day without anesthesia. It was horribly painful and when we asked why anesthesia was not given, his reply was “If you need anesthesia, you should inform 1 day before to arrange anesthesia specialist and in the prescription it was not written. If I was the doctor, I would have prescribed it”….The fact is he looked at the prescription just few minutes before starting the procedure…

The doctor is both polite *** ************** He thoroughly explains the problem and prescribes the appropriate treatment for the underlying cause.He always responds to my questions via Whatsapp.

What a Smiley Smiley doctor . Patiently listened my husband's problem. Explained us what should be our problem, didn't force us for any test. He wanted to go step by step blood test and according to results then colonoscopy.As we had to travel to Andaman immediately we requested Dr to go for colonoscopy which he made it immediately available for us inspite of his busy schedule. Thank you Dr was supporting us in our tough time

The doctor is so friendly. He explains the problem very well and gives the correct medicine. He is also very patient and calm. The clinic is located in a very nice location and is easy to find. I am very happy with my experience and i will contitmy treatment with him only!!

Dr Balaji consultation is too good.....he treated us like a family member....staff are very helpful. Clinic is not disabled friendly... especially entrance area. Otherwise overall too good....best advice given by doctor...so helpful and concerned. Very humble n kind person. Highly recommended if you have any gastro issues.

I met the doctor because of the stomach pain and after eating the medicine it got worse. He also asked me to buy some medicine and than asked to not take them. I overall spent a lot of money in costly medicine and as soon as I stopped them, it got better.
