The instantly rold that there is absolutely no need to worry regarding ENT. Told that it is mainly related to GIT. She prescribed few medicines and asked to contact if the symptoms recur. As per her advise, I contacted Gastroenterologist. They denied to do endoscopy, saying there is no problem in oesophagus or Stomach. But recently I got the endoscopy done and the cause of my symptoms was GIT related problem.

To my surprise she does not bother to check the ear with otoscope, the very basic thing every ENT doctor will do before their prescription . I guess she would have prescribed the same medicine even if I am showing the other ear which was not having any issue. She was in complete hurry though no one was waiting for her consultation

Accordingly we reached there by 6:15.p.m. We were informed that the doctor would be there in 15 mins. After 30 mins we were ready to move when again they said that in 10mins the doctor would be there. Atlast at 7 p.m. dr. ATHIRA arrived and to our surprise she was shouting at us that next time please come to fortis. For one patient I cannot come here. This was her tone. Who the had asked her to come if we were informed that she is not available thats it. Why were we in the first place asked to come if she had problem visiting the clinic.

Very sad to see such type of behaviour from a doctor.
