******** *** **** ************ ** ********** The way he handles the patient is commendable. He takes time to examine your child and then listens to all your queries and suggest solution. He would always try for treatment with the least medication possible and solution through natural means. Highly recommended for new parents- who usually go through lot of doubts and queries. He has a busy schedule, but if you are willing to wait the extra minute - it is completely worth it and you know that your precious one is in the safest hands.
He is an amazing human with lots and lots of care and love for our kids. He is very kind to all the patience even though he meets over 100 patience a day and his smile remains the same if it is 1st patient or 100th and that's is uniqueness. He will spends his valuable time in talking to us to understand the problem of our son and resolve the same. My son is now 5 years old and he really loves to meet him and we consider him as one among our family who really loves and takes care. I will give him 10 out of 10.

Dr. Arvind Shenoi epitomizes an ideal Paediatrician/NeoNatologist . He listens to us patiently, asks relevant questions, keeps us calm by never exaggerating or writing extra medicines.
Yesterday we were the last patient to visit him at the Bellandur facility, and when we met him, he had the same composure, energy, and enthusiasm. He didn't look in a hurry, did the vaccination, answered all our queries, i'd say AS USUAL. I guess, that's why we never have a second thought about which Dr. to visit when it comes to our pre-term baby.

My experience with the doctor was vry good but the only problem is in follow up...there is no contact no of the doctor or any landline of hospital where i can directly call in case of emergency and getting the appointment of doctor is difficult as you have to do it in 1 month advance. There is one toll free no for cloudnine hospitals which will first transfer your call to the concerned hospital branch and if by chance they pick up they will transfer it to pedeatric emergency department where some other doctor will respond....at each level u have to explain the case....the hospital and doctor should understand that they are dealing with infant toddlers and children, where the contact details of the concerned doctor is extremely important. Although i do got solution for my worries but not promptly. I had to call atleast 6 times before i got connected to their pediatric department. And here my baby was crying like anything due to pain.

We went to Cloud 9, HAL Road before couple of months to show a skin condition of our daughter. We had to wait 1.5 hours before our appointment, even if we went on time. Dr Arvind seemed to be in a hurry and was just replying to our questions, instead of asking proactively. ******* ****** ********** he mentioned that it was a fungal infection and suggested some ointments. Dr. Arvind Shenoi has been like a guide to me which helped me sail-through easily during the initial years of motherhood. In the absence of any elder at home who normally guides new mothers, he actually played that role for me.
Sometimes, I did not listen to his advice but later found that I should have listened and when I started applying his suggestions, I found them important and helpful.
I feel, my child is lucky to have been under his hands since he was 9 days old.
His advice helped to avoid medical issues which could have arisen in future.
Whenever we took our kid to him with some issue, he always behaved like...there's nothing to worry. We always came out of his chamber with a relieved state of mind.
Words cannot be enough to express my gratitude for him.

Looking at his 30+ years of rich experience, I was sure about his attitude. After meeting this for increased only. He did his part and examination my daughter properly.
We gone to show skin allergy, which he examined thoroughly we did have to tell. He also adviced about the food habits and diet.
Overall it's satisfactory. Also the treatment given by him worked.
I highly recommend him.

Dr. Arvind is a very good person. He takes enough time to check patient carefully. The way he checks chest, ear, nose, hips of babies is very good. He explains the medicine properly. Moreover his friendliness attitude towards kid makes me more comfortable. I had my delivery with Dr. Praveena - I was very happy with her. Sameway I am very happy with Dr. Arvind.
