Since I had a history of PCOD and a previous chemical pregnancy, I was naturally very anxious about this pregnancy. However, Dr. Aruna always reassured me and made sure that every parameter was closely monitored so that nothing was ever missed. What truly stands out about Dr. Aruna is her attention to detail and proactive approach.She was extremely careful about every report, scan, and test and ensured that everything was tracked at the right time. She explained things very clearly and always made sure I understood what was happening and why certain decisions were being made. This gave me immense confidence and peace of mind throughout the pregnancy. She also strongly encouraged a healthy lifestyle,Her guidance on following the smart plate method, maintaining a balanced diet, doing the right exercises, and managing weight in a healthy way helped me stay disciplined during pregnancy. Her motivation always came in a very positive and encouraging way, which really helped me stay confident and focused. Another thing I truly appreciated was how accessible and supportive she was whenever I had doubts or concerns. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded with patience and reassurance. Most importantly, Dr. Aruna always took the right decisions at the right time ,prioritising both the baby's safety and my health. Because of her careful monitoring, timely guidance, and expertise, I was able to safely deliver a healthy baby girl. One of the most memorable and special moments for our family was when she lovingly named our daughter “Shivani”. It meant a lot to us and will always remain a cherished memory. After completing her MD at the prestigious Bangalore Medical College, she trained and worked in the UK for nearly a decade.
