I visited the clinic on 26th March as an emergency during the lockdown and was treated for an ulceration on my cheek which was due to a misaligned wisdom tooth. The doctor had made sure that all the equipment was sterilized thoroughly and the entire clinic was fumigated with disinfectant on an hourly basis. The diagnosis was done very well and the next steps explained clearly. The tooth extraction was done with utmost professionalism and was proof of a very experienced doctor. After four days I was able to share my progress with the doctor and got prompt feedback. ********* ********** very hygienic clinic and the doctor was very cooperative to my requirements. The doctors (Dr Anuradha and Dr Romir) consulted me during the exact given slot. Both of them had been friendly, professional and patiently explained the issues and possible course of action. The clinic's surroundings and the facilities were also pretty good.

Pleasant surroundings, friendly and helpful staff. Competent head of clinic. One suggestion to Doctor. She should not scold staff in presence of patients. It is demoralising for staff and embarassing for patients. Overall, a vrry good experience!
