Dr Annie was very helpful and accommodating during the session. Although i was also aware of my problems she helped me correcting my connections with dots and didn't feel wrong/offended about my curious questioning about the issues i am struggling.** ***** ** ** ******** ********** *** ** ***** ******* ********** *** ** *** **** ************ * **** **** *** *** **** ****** ** ****** ******** ************* ********* *** make her patients aware of all the aspects/drawbacks/gains of psychological treatment in a country like India where seeking psychological help is another episode among out family/professional stigma. I previously did meet few psychiatrist. I definitely recommend her and i will always consult her first even if i may not be based out in Bangalore.

Last but not the least she really believe in blend of making life better both through therapy first and physical performance gains. Her therapy first approach instead of medications from day 1 is definitely a more inward eccentric way of treatment towards patients well being.

I was always very strongly against any sort allopathy medicine, because I believed there is no need to inject my body with artificial chemicals which does more harm than good, and so I avoided allopathy doctors; but meeting, Dr. Annie has changed my perspective about this, she not only rightly diagnosed but also listened to me and explained how a Medicine, which has essentially missing element of body through years of overthinking, stress etc. helps regain that balance and allows that particular brain part to function efficiently. She explained it very nicely and truly helped me come out of my clinical depression, in very systematic method. I think this approach of hers brought confidence in me to begin the course of treatment.

I have met many doctors and she is one of the few rare doctors who would really care about their patients and listen to them without being judgmental. She is one doc who is against medicine if it is truly not needed. Her ever smiling face inspires every time I talk to her. I truly wish the world has more such doctors and believe there will be a big difference.

Dr. Anne came across as a thorough professional in identifying my problems and heard me out with a lot of patience, concern and willingness to offer genuine help in times when I needed it the most. Her reassurance coupled with empathy made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. She instilled a ray of Hope in me where everything seemed bleak and futile. Her friendly, accommodating and grinning approach put my grim away for a while. Her positivity was amazing and her consideration & concernment were palpable. Anxiously looking forward to my future sessions with her. Have this feeling that she'll get me through it, God willing.

Doctor was practical and because she interviewed both patient and carer separately obtained a fuller picture. Her advice to the patient was sensible and realistic.

She explained the character and possible side effects which earlier specialists had not done. Also the relation of dosage and the desirable range.

She did not take the whole day of patient and carer as happened at NIMHANS more than once.

We wished the consultation could have been a bit longer, however the doctor provided her email address to the patient for further unanswered questions, again which other specialists had not done.

I reached our to Dr. Annie about depression and I was shocked by how good the experience was. She heard everything I had to say about my problem. In fact her ability to hear me out convinced me to visit psychologists about my problem as well. I was hesitant to start out with medication and Dr. Annie was extremely empathetic towards this. After a couple if sessions is when we started medication. She explained all the pros and cons of starting medication in a way that was easy to understand. Our sessions over about a year were extremely helpful She analysed not only my causes of concern but also my lifestyle and diet that would have an impact on my well-being. Dr. Annie manages to be extremely warm and concerned while also being extremely professional. Further, while talking to my friends and family, I have come to realise how rare it is to find a person in this field who is this good. She sticks by the "no medicine is the best medicine" saying. I recommend visiting her 100%.

Dr. Annie was very sweet and understanding. She patiently heard me out on all matters and gave me suitable advice. I really loved the way she explained things to me as to why and how a certain path is taken. I most certainly felt like I was talking to a friend and I loved her :)

Dr. Annie is very thorough and supportive when it comes to dealing with her patients. She not only gave the best possible recourse to the issues that I have but also patiently explained the various aspects of the treatment. She's very positive and seems to genuinely care about her patients well-being.

Dr. Annie is quiet supportive as a psychiatrist and genuinely wishes that I as a patient get better and indenpendent. In terms of medication, the right dosage has been given to me at all times and i have become much better due to the therapy and the medical intervention by her.

The Doctor is friendly with easy access even through E mail.Her " friendly attitude and promise/assurance to help out" has helped me recover fast from chronic mental disorder. This character is is very much required for treating patients with psychiatric problems.Such assurance does help those patients come out of DREADFUL DEPRESSION faster.

Treatment has been also been equally very good.

There has been ABSOLUTELY NO WAIT TIME AT ALL.SHE HAS ATTENDED ON DOT ON ALL APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION.

I have been consulting with Dr. Annie for an year and under medication for more than this period. She clearly understands the medical issue and asserts the need for medication, exercise and therapy. Her way of consultation involves walking the subject through a verbal questionnaire of symptoms, feelings and general observations. This really helps the patient to connect as well as her to grasp the status quo. Her humour keeps the session light-hearted.

Three points which have come across after consulting with Dr. Annie unlike my previous psychiatrist are-

1. Taking medicines earlier than I used to daily.

2. Taking medicines at same time everyday.

3. Introduced a new drug under which I thrived and now am discontinuing it slowly after her latest prescription.
