I had taken online consultation and paid 1000 rupees( for me and my sister), the queries of mine were sent whatsApp, but no response and that's actually very bad. As a new patient, everyone have doubts about the products initially, so I had texted her with my concerns, but no response from there side till now. I didn't like this service
