I have visited Dr.Deepa multiple times and from the first time she was super helpful, very considerate and almost became family. I have been seeing her for all my health issues or even if I have questions about something, I will recommend her to anyone who wants a clarity on what needs to be done. Infact, I had my sister who lives abroad reach out to her when she was diagnosed with covid and Dr.Deepa did a video consultation and was very helpful!

This doctor doesn't honor practo appointment and when I questioned that. The doctor started talking in a bad tone and literally shouting. Because of this insulting behaviour we have to leave the hospital without any consultation. This is seriously very inappropriate, if the hospital wants to serve first come first serve basis then why i have travelled 20 kms for my appointment through practo

I don’t see any issues with Dr. Deepa Mane, she is one of the best I have seen. Unfortunately the biggest pain is the wait time especially from Care Heath’s appointment point of view. I had to wait for 60+ mins to get to my turn which at times becomes extremely difficult when you have kids alone at home. My experience with care health was a nightmare. No value for time, long waiting time are making a customer experience go drastically down. At the end I was forced to leave the place without having to consult the doctor.
High time for having some professionalism.
