Any infection occurrence between the gum and tooth structure requires thorough cleaning and i as a periodontist vouch by the same even today. Pain threshold for each and every patient varies, in a dental chair it is usually magnified due to various other reasons ranging from fear to stress. As a doctor, we are focused in allaying the same and delivering the best treatment possible.
