I have no comments on doctors might on qualification or treatment regards to vaccination schedules friendliness and value. my concern is with assistants/staff and their behavior towards customers at clinic unable to manage the practo scheduled appointments. today visited at 245pm. shutter was down. on calling repeated was told outside until 4pm my appointment was complete post 4pm. this wait time and inefficiency of staffs unable to manage and respect the little baby girls cry and patience is really questionable who is just 1.4yrs. this has been repeated in past and there is no solution. if appointment was available for 3pm today. why did assistant tell lunch hours are 230pm to 4pm. made us to wait outside. this is the amount of courtesy and respect provided to customer like me. it is highly disappointing experience most times as I am always on time or before schedule and have been made to wait and causing changes to my personal and official activity delays because of such incidents on the days of appointment schedule. I can only urge the doctor to take some time off to educate/train the staff to be professional in approach also not being rude arrogant shouting and disrespectful towards the customers and value their time and schedule timings as per practo appointment booking. this delays and wait time are turns me off and makes me rethink of my decision to visit for the humiliation approach possessed by the staff repeatedly. lastly on payment by card is always discouraged by staffs and they insist for cash until I say I have informed the doctor on payment mode the staff is at a argument with me.
