I’ve been taking therapy sessions with Dr.Bhargav in this clinic for about a year now.

For context, I’ve been battling depression for about 5 years now and have tried taking therapy with multiple psychologists. But none have impacted me in a positive way like Dr.Bhargav has.

When I started my sessions with Dr.Bhargav, I was drowned in negative thoughts, would have frequent breakdowns and was unable to do any kind of work or activity. Slowly and steadily, he started equipping me with tools and techniques that I could use on a day to day basis. Now, I’m on my path of healing - Along with the right medication, I also have a bunch of tools with me that I can use whenever my thoughts overpower me.

His emphasis on self reflection, setting goals for our therapy sessions and action-oriented approach is what makes him so skilled at handling patients like me. And of course, he does all this with a bucket full of empathy and sensitivity.

If you are struggling, I urge you to seek medical help and find the right fit with your psychologist or psychiatrist.

The doctor is very friendly and understands the problem properly. He is very empathetic and doesn't force solutions on me and sees that i am comfortable with the path we are taking in the therapy. I had therapy through consultation and with medication. The therapy process adapted was ACT. I can now learn and do many new things in my daily life without getting scared which i couldn't do before my therapy and i stopped having a dull and depressed routine everyday. I think with your effort and the support of the medical team, you can get better faster and be confident in yourself and face the problems without getting scared.

I was suffering from severe Anxiety, Panic and and Insomnia for the last more than Two years. I have tried all other way of treatment like Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Hypnotherapy but of no much use. Finally I found Dr. Bhargavaraman Ramanathpure from Practo App and consulted him in Mid September 2017. Within 2 months of treatment with him all my Anxiety and Panic related symptoms slowly started vanishing and are now under full control and my sleep is also gradually started to return to normalcy. I have been seeing Dr.Bhargav for over a year and I have been immensely satisfied by the progress that I have made so far.As I had been dealing with anxiety and depression for a year before consulting him ,I thought these emotions will never end.
