Dr. Bharat Dubey

I had a silent attack in Feb 2013. I went to Columbia, Hebbal, the next day, and only then did I realize that I was afflicted with a triple vessel blockage. Their center in Yeshwantpur did a quick fix but I was lined up do an open heart surgery within a month or so. I was given only that option at Columbia, as CABG was not practised there. However, considering my younger age and active life, I did not want an open heart surgery with rib cage cut open. Upon a lot of research, I reached Dr. Bharat Dubey, who was then with BGS. Though he did not promise much at the outset after looking at my CD, he assured me that minimal invasive surgery was possible, and a lot depended on the OT table and the patient's own response mechanism. His words were assuring and I kind of committed myself to his ‘scapel’, so to say on April 01, 2013. Aided by his team, he performed a near miracle in bypassing all the three vessels, through his team kept saying that the third vessel could well be a bonus! He was able to instil confidence in not only me as his patient, but also in my near ones, who bravely sat through the 10hour procedure, waiting for the ‘verdict.’

After the minimal invasive surgery, led by Dr. Bharat, I am happy to say that I am fit as a fiddle. I take only three pills a day, and my EF is close to 60%. I visit him at Apollo, Seshadripuram, where he has shifted. I greatly recommend Dr. Bharat Dubey to any cardiac case, (young, old, even paediatric) given his vast experience, knowledge, and demeanour.

My father is a cardiac patient for last 15 years and was on medication however reached the point of "Surgery only" .. being in Bangalore we had access to the Famed Surgeons but my Father had lot of apprehensions, that's when Dr Bharat stepped in and guided me/family in checking all points (going to various experts - Cardiologist, Scannings etc), all the while explaining the results of the diagnosis done, the details of surgery and my Father eventually said "Why did not we meet up with this guy earlier..?" and underwent surgery at BGS (2013), it was successful and Dr Bharat continues to guide us post surgicals and always answers/responds to queries even though its sometime since surgery..!

Also, when a cousin of mine was diagnosed of a Cardiac ailment out of nowhere, we headed straight to Dr Bharat (2015 - @ Apollo) and he made himself avail till late in the night ... as is his nature, followed up every small detail on his own, kept the family updated and did a successful surgery...

Since,my husband Vijayendra Deo is diabetic for many years he was advised for routine TMT test where it showed positive, which was followed by angiogram. The result was shocking for all of us as there was no discomfort to the patient though there was 1st 100% 2nd 80% and3rd 50% block.I must appriciate Dr.Bharat Dubey's patience in explaining what needs to be done, why and when?He never hurried us in taking decision.We all believed in his transperancy,mainly the patient himself decided to get operated by Dr.Bharat Dubey because of his qualification and approach.He gave us the immense confidence and made it look so simple by well informing us what will be done. I would highly recommend Dr.​ Bharat Dubey to any individual with a heart condition, he is patient, compassionate and well experienced in CTVS field. My mother underwent an aortic valve replacement and pulmonary valve repair surgery conducted by Dr. Bharat Dubey, Dr. Manoj Kumar, ​and Dr. Srinivas.
