I consulted Mrs. Ashwathy with the concern for my weight and for my sister who had diabetes during her pregnancy. I never thought weight loss could be so fun, as she has helped me to understand each change which was planned in my routine and kept me motivated to record the details. I changed my eating habits and got good control on my cravings too which were also the major reason for my weight. More interesting part was how she guided my sister during her pregnancy to maintain her sugar levels and equally to feed herself with required nutritious food which she had a need for at that period. Both of us were able to have what we loved and also learner how to avoid things which were bad for the health in smooth pattern. She is a good listener, and a good motivator. My appointment with Mrs.Ashwathy regarding the diet plan wouldn't have gone much better . It was my first time taking a diet plan since I was concerned about being healthy and eat healthy foods with the food items I love too . I'm a foodie ,my cravings are unlimited and yeah I had a bad habit of binge eating. I had gained weight after moving to another city and wanted to lose it . Meanwhile It was highly impossible for me to start a diet plan but a huge thanks to her . She made it possible for me . She gave me diet plans which included my routine food I used to eat ,along with some healthy snacks to control my binge eating and yeah I was able to achieve it with a month or so ..A huge thanks to Mrs.Ashwathy for helping me do it. I would recommend others to take a chance and have a consultation with her .

One of my colleague referred me to Ashwathy for weight management. I was initially 86 kgs, and didn't believe when she said I can lose weight without spending hours at gym. She explained me the benefits of quantitative nutrition and taking meals at particular times. She explained to me in a very simple but efficient way about the importance of protein and how to reach it in required levels through diet, according to my needs. As I have a sitting and super sedentary lifestyle, dieting was the only option I saw for myself. Being a vegetarian who do not like to eat green vegetables made me a pretty tough case for any nutritionist, but she made my diet simple, and workable keeping my preference in mind, I had no problem in following that diet plan. I was surprised that she didn't add any artificial nutrients in my diet despite of my dietary habits. I lost 6kgs in 2 months with just the diet and basic exercises which I could manage without going to gym. As per my weight reduction she has been helping to modify my diet further.
