Mr. Anoop Alex

I had a OCPD issue with me since my childhood and till the age of 36 years now. I had to face lot of adjust-mental issues in family, with friends and also with office colleagues.

I got a real help when I met Mr. Alex and I came out of this complex issue in my life. I started interactive sessions with Alex from April 2017 and ended in December 2017. In these 8 months duration I have attended 13 sessions with Alex. He interacted with me by taking the history of my life from childhood to till date. He made me to understand each situation of my life by doing mock sessions with him. This was a real real help for me to imagine, to understand people and situations in my past life and also to get to know how to deal with such situations in present and future life.

I followed each and every step told by him in each session and use to share the details of my experience in each session. He use to give lot of tips to follow in every session. I learnt to give value for time.

Off course it is the duty of the client to follow and practice the tips given by him.

I received an intense treatment for my OCD , I started to find the improvement in me after 2 months of starting the treatment.

I was improving gradually as the month progressed.

I started to believe in myself and gain the confidence to fight against the illness.

So now after 1 year of treatment i am cured of my disease.

I was depressed, breaking down frequently and had lost interest in my writing. When I walked in to clinic, I wanted just one session, some guidance and to deal with it myself. However, he understood my issues in the very first session and made sure I got the help I needed. Therapy is a difficult process - to look inside is not pleasant. To have a therapist who you can trust and easily speak to is crucial and he was absolutely the right choice. Today, even though I had to end therapy abruptly, I do feel much more capable of handling myself than two months ago. I wish I could have completed the therapy. This set the stage for reaching and then breaching long-term psychological issues that I was harbouring without my knowledge for an entire lifetime. In his sessions, once these breakthroughs were achieved they were in turn used to gain further clarity and understanding of myself. Therby changing my negative habits by changing the negative thoughts associated to it and effectively turning my problem around. My short but fruitful interactions with Anoop have resulted in tremendous emotional development. I would reccomend Anoop to any person contemplating visiting a psychologist.

He is really good at understanding you. Totally brings out the person you really are brings out the truth from you. The questions asked are so tough to answer that it make you question yourself. He really helps in finding your better self. Another good part is that he enables us to make our own decisions instead of imposing them. Some sessions can get emotional and some may be draining but the end result is definitely better.

I was anxious, depressed and very disturbed before I started therapy. Days felt meaningless and everything in life seemed tasteless. As each sessions passed the changes I saw in myself were surprising to me. Today I am content and facing my own fears and the world.
