I had Asthma and sleep apnea issues since childhood, which had gone worse in past 4-5 years. I consulted Dr. Aishwarya in G.A.M.C, Bengaluru 3 years ago. I feared taking Inhalers which will affect my lungs in my old age. So, she gave me medicines which could instantly increase my SPO2 levels in 20-30 mins and get me relaxed from breathlessness issues. I visited the doctor again after few months, I mentioned I need some long term solution for my asthma, she then said I'll have to undergo a detoxification therapy (Virechana). It was basically a 7 days therapy and I felt so rejuvenated after this therapy and I had no more sleep apnea's later on, which was a great shock.
