Following his MD, he worked as a Clinical Psychiatrist at NIMHANS, with experience in general adult psychiatry and the Geriatric Psychiatry unit. He was associated with the LASI-DAD project, a National Institute on Aging (USA) study focusing on dementia assessment and cognitive disorders, and is certified as a Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) Rater by the Knight Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, Washington University. He has also worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist at Abhaya Neuro Psychiatry and Critical Care Hospital, Bengaluru.
