Zelus Physiotherapy BTM Layout

I had some shoulder injuries and tendinitis before visiting this clinic. I visited so many ortho doctors but of no use as my pain was severe and i was not able to do my daily physical activities by using my shoulders and by lifting my hands.Then i visited to Zelus physiotherapy clinic in BTM Layout and i was treated in nearly 30 sessions. The exercises suggested by the doctors are of so much helpful as i started getting control over the pain and i slowly started playing my favorite sport Cricket.The physios here understands your problem and they suggest the appropriate therapy.

******* ********* *** **** *** doctor is very friendly and explained the actual problem and diagnosed well. Good variety of exercises with thera band and IFT massage everyday for 15 mins. Could say, my Issue is almost resolved but, not completely. Pain management and muscle strengthening exercises were good.

Dr Desai has an excellent physio centre and staff at BTM Layout. He was one of three physios that I interviewed to help out with some issues. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly how my issues would be manifesting in limitations in everyday life (and in sports & exercise)

He has a big floor space and 2-4 other assistants/helper (here I would say it is important to make sure that the assistans are giving 100% attention to the patient and not to 2-3 patients at a time and/or their mobile phone).

In the end, as I lived in Jayanagar, as I would have needed to see him every day, I decided going to a local physiotherapist (with who I was VERY happy with also).

Very good experience. I had cervical muscle shoulder pain and I got 10 days treatment here, *** ** ** ***** **** *** Every one should practice for few months. I am sure it will be cured within few days. Highly recommendable for any physio treatment near Btm layout. Archana took my sessions. She was so kind and explained about all the possibilities of my pain.
