Based on the reviews and suggestions on Practo, I had visited Dr. Anupama for weight loss and nutrition plans. After listening to the minutest details regarding my life style, personal traits and issues faced, she suggested a holistic method to approach my weight loss process. She chartered out a diet plan encompassing all food types and ensuring that I do not stay starved while following the same. Regular reviews and follow-ups helped me work my way through this process in a much easier manner. I remember during the first visit, my weight was almost 82 kgs. Thanks to her diet plans and everything, in 3 months my weight came down to 75 kgs.
