We also provide online consulting to our patrons and also ensure the follow-up of our lifestyle intervention program (lip) prescription. Our prescription is personalized and backed by ample scientific evidence in the area of traditional medicine.

The overall experience with Dr. Shagnika Pradhan and Yogaksema was very good. I took LIP, BioFeed, Yoga and Naturopathy. BioFeed graphically showed my breathing pattern on the screen and helped realise the mistakes we do with Pranayam. Probably the best way to learn Pranayam. We visited Dr. Naveen with multiple concerns. He patiently listened, analysed all our inputs, asked follow up questions, understood our life style.
