Allowing the parents to voice concerns and helping them to listen to their own selves was the first step I liked.
We got enough time to talk to the child and
discuss with the rest of the family about our concerns. The gnawing worry was finally voiced out which started clearing up the real problem areas.

She is also a very rare human being who is very considerate and an angel - which is needed in a child specialist. We are grateful to the Dr and I have great respect for her expertise and humility .
