I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Sangamitra Burman twice, once for my wife's brief eye ulcer and again for my daughter's general power check-up. Dr. Burman's patience and dedication truly stood out during both visits. She took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan and ensured that no unnecessary medicines were prescribed. I visited doctor for a second opinion on proceeding with eye-sight correcting surgery. She ran me through the many health aspects that I needed to stabilize before considering surgery - issues like prediabeties, hormonal imbalance, Vitamin D deficiency, work stress which led to myopia only few years ago, etc. She told me to work on these and get tested in 6 and 12 months before planning surgery.

I'm super grateful for this honest advice. I had been told by certain Bellandur doctor that I can get it done immediately. That did not sound right to me, considering I haven't tested my eye in 3 years. Hence paid visit to this doctor.

I strongly recommend Dr.Sanghamitra Burman to anyone who has an issue with the eye problem. She’s a well qualified Doctor who treats her patients with utmost care and help us to solve our health issues related to the eyes. I am feeling better even though a week is not completed yet. I was asked to complete 4 week’s treatment with me having Right eye related issue and headache due to some optic nerve filled with water and pain in the head. I am using eye drops and it is easing my headache which is in it’s initial stage of the issue.

The best thing is we never had to wait for long to meet the doctor every single time we visited. Doctor is very experienced and will listen to all your queries very patiently and clear all doubts. She is friendly and soft spoken. You will get the best treatment with minimum amount. The scans and diagnosis were done with great precision and the charges are very reasonable. I had a tiny metal particle, possibly from construction dust stuck in my eye. The doctor identified and resolved my issue in no time and the treatment was painless. I paid on Practo for a video consultation and she mentioned its not possible to assess my problem unless seen through microscope. After I got the particle removed in her clinic, she didn't even charge anything as I have already paid on Practo but it wasn't helpful to me. Such a nice gesture from her!I also felt I made the right choice looking at all the awards she had put up in her clinic.Totally recommend this doctor 👌

I have started the treatment with the doctor . She explained the issue in detail and answered all my questions . I have started treatment and will keep posted of the improvement . Dry eyes take some time to get resolved so I am hopeful .

Also, the clinic was hygienic and the staff was polite. All safety measures followed during the visit at the clinic.

I had vision issue in my left eye which had cornea transplant 27 years ago. She treated it well and I am perfectly fine now with the vision coming back to normal in one week. I had consulted her 12 years ago with similar problem which was treated very well when I used to stay in Bangalore, so I knew who to consult immediately when I was back in Bangalore and needed help for my cornea.
