Dr. Baliga is the answer to any mother's worries about the welfare of her children. I have been consulting him when my children were little, and now they are married adults; and I am seeking his advice for the care of my grandchild. Rarely do we see a doctor who is more kind, comforting, dedicated, doctor who is very precise in diagnosis and minimal in medication. And with children... he is brilliant.
