Self Work Therapies is a residential clinic for Psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is a general term for treating mental health problems by talking with a psychiatrist, psychologist or other mental health provider.During psychotherapy, you learn about your condition and your moods, feelings, thoughts and behaviors. She has also trained in Psychotherapy and Group Work, and is a member of the working staff in ICC and India and International GRC. She has a Masters in Clinical Psychology, with over 10 years of clinical practice and has been working with all age groups across the spectrum of psychological and emotional distress. Some of her favourite work- areas are Individual Psychotherapy, Marriage/ relationship/ sexual therapy, and Adolescent Problems.
