I have been trying to lose weight for more than 10 years but various programs and diets didn't work for me. Not seeing quick results was a big factor that demotivated me.
After hearing about ProGen Method, I was still skeptical but gave it a chance as their approach to weight loss was very different from what is available in India, it is precise, and guarantees fast weight loss in the safest way possible.
After doing a consultation with Pooja Shankar a lot of my doubts were cleared. However, in order to see results, I would need to do their program called the ProGen Method. I took a leap of faith and put my trust in the dietitian and program, a decision I am glad to say I don't regret.
The ProGen Method guarantees an average weight loss of 10 kgs of weight (specifically fat) per month. This piece of information got me hooked as I am someone who expects quick results and I bore witness to it.
After one month into the diet program, I lost 11 kgs, and as per the vitals recorded in the clinic, I had experienced a 99% fat reduction while my muscle mass was preserved. This was just 1 month into the diet.
Seeing these results pushed me and gave the confidence I needed to be consistent and achieve my target weight. I was healthier, more alert, more energetic and saw a decline in unwanted hunger cravings.
Through the course of the program, Pooja was a much-needed guide. I firstly would love to thank Anjana for her way of explaining the issue and the solution to the issue at the same time. She was professional about the concepts of weight loss. Now, ProGen method of weight loss has been a real "value for money" in my case because I didn't have to wait for 6 months to lose my 12 Kgs excess weight unlike in a Gym, I didn't have to cut open my epidermis to remove extra fat. Instead I followed a natural procedure for weight loss.
