My journey with Dr. Mahesh began during the most painful time in my life to date. Looking back, I recall when I had cervical spine issues and I did not see the face of my therapist that first day because I was in such grave pain. During my initial visit I recalled his voice and touch which is all I had to rate my therapist. At the first touch he Instantly dispelled what I thought caused my condition and right away started a course of action. Dr. Mahesh is clearly well versed in his field, he treats his patients as a whole person thru his genuine nature, respect for who you are in the moment and a drive to see you return to wellness. He championed me through tough times with kindness, professionalism and a warmth that led to a trust which is necessary for the recovery process to be successful. His abilities have allowed me to regain my quality of life which is priceless.

And an year back again, I have seen Dr. Mahesh for ongoing my lower back and shoulder pain issues (I am an IT guy and play cricket regularly). Dr. Mahesh conducted a thorough examination and explained my issues in a clear yet comprehensive way, leaving me reassured. After following Dr. Mahesh’s advice, my back and shoulder pain has reduced significantly. Mahesh is a superb physio with a very friendly manner.

I was diagnosed with diffuse disc bulge with protrusion at L5 - S1 level. Many doctors advised surgery as the only option.

I am including all my experiences with the doctor. We have visited doctor Mahesh for my Mom when she had fell down and got other cramp where she was not able to move her hands freely. Doctor shared few exercises along with other treatment. Mom got all well. Recently we visited for my grandma who is 90yrs had was complaining for leg pain for months after surgery for hip replacement with rod. We had consulted with vascular surgeons, neurosurgeons and even other physiotherapists. Although the intensity of pain was reduced by other physiotherapist it was not completely gone. When we started with doctor Mahesh's treatment within 4 days her pain was completely gone which we had only dreamed of ever happening. You’re such a delightful person and a dedicated doctor. I was suffering from Neck pain almost from past 1 year, Orthopedic doctor suggested for phyisiotherapy. I found Isha clinic on google search and visited to Mahesh Sir. He clearly explained about the problem what I am facing and suggested for IFT with manual treatment... My pain was reduced 50 percent in a week and almost 90 percent at the end of treatment... I took 15 days therapay without gap, it works. Mahesh Sir and Jyothsna both are very friendly and make us feel comfortable, they take day to day updates about the improvement.. They thought some muscle relax excerice which really helps in releiving muscle stress...

Dr. Mahesh is by far one of the best doctors I have come across. My mother was suffering from acute pain in both her heels and not only did he manage to diagnose the problem in seconds but made the recovery process an absolute breeze. My mother is now able to walk without any pain or discomfort. And I truly saw how he personalized the treatment based on his patient's needs and life style. The exercises that he recommended were catered to my mother's daily routine and that really helped in her recovery.

Dr Mahesh has been my liver saver and go to expert for the last 6years. Earlier disk herniation and now disk protrusion, I was suffering from severe pain and discomfort on the lower back and right leg. Doctors advised extreme rest or surgery. But with Dr Mahesh, 7 sessions plus exercises did the work.

The pain has subsided upto 75% now and i am comfortable to resume daily activities (still limited) within 2 weeks.

Dr. Mahesh is a thorough specialist in the field of physiotherapy. I have been visiting him since 6 years, and have got a best treatment from him. Overall I had a very good experience here. I was suffering from severe back pain and one of my friends recommended Dr. Mahesh. Since the pain was so severe doctor suggested to take an MRI and we found that there's issue with lumbar disc. The doctor explained my condition and treatment in depth. After 3 days of treatment the severe pain went away and was able to do normal activities. The treatment continued for 7 more days and during this tenure the doctor's here have given proper attention and care also have given strengthening exercises for full recovery of the muscle strength.

I was suffering from severe muscular pain in my neck for 8 days. When I lost all hope of it getting healed, I visited Dr. Mahesh. I started having severe lower back pain and not really knowing where to go on a friend's suggestion i searched for physiotherapist near me. Since i had some work near jayanagar and i found this clinic also in the path of my work i picked it and walked in. Dr Mahesh, seeing my pain and it being on and off for few months, suggested to take MRI first. Seeing the MRI, he suggested nothing to worry it's very curable but will take some time.

Over the period of 5 sessions he has cured my lower back pain. And also suggested few exercises to strengthen the back muscles.
