I do not recommend the doctor

I shared best possible picture with Doctor of my dad who are struggling with facial swelling and irritation. Doc was asking more clear picture to prescribe medicine I explained the due to covid situations my dad is not with me. He is not able to take pic of himself.. Doc stop the consultations without informing or giving medicine.

This is sad experience with online consultation

*** ** *** ********** ******** *** not at all answering my question properly telling ok for everything i ask she marked my consultation completed when i asked her a doubt without completing 7 days plzz dont go for this doctor🙏

Every consultation is marked complete by the application. It is a system generated completion. We don’t have authority to mark the consultation complete within 7 days. Kindly understand from doctor’s point of view. We also have personal commitment and OPD cases to consult. Whenever it is possible we come back and reply to your queries. If the consultation is marked complete by the application, it is not doctor’s mistake. As you had asked doctor to make personal calls by giving your contact number in the chat ( which is against the rules and regulations of Practo) and if the doctor do not make calls, kindly don’t blame a doctor that she is not responding properly.
