Few months back my mother had severe stomach issues and with Dr Kilari’s treatment she is much better now. So much so that despite living in Delhi my mother prefers to consult with Dr Kilari on video rather than seeing a doctor locally in Delhi.

Dr Kilari is very patient, listens to everything that the patient says and also explains the problem and medication.

However, I wish I could say the same about her staff. Today morning, after having 8-9 vomiting instances and 4-5 loose motions through out last night, i called up her clinic to schedule a video consultation. I was not in a position to visit the clinic due to weakness and dehydration caused by vomiting and loose motions. The staff told me that no slots are available today for video consultation. I said i can see one slot at 11.30am and he mentioned that morning slots are only for in person consultation. I requested him to check with Dr Kilari if she would be willing to take a video consultation at this time since i was in a very bad shape and needed to consult a doctor immediately. However the staff member was totally unaccommodative and not even willing to speak to the doctor. My understanding was always that clinics accommodate emergency cases but in this case i found the staff member extremely rigid and not willing to deviate from the standard process. I finally managed to find another doctor by talking to people in my social circle but it is unfortunate that Dr Kilari is so good but staff is very inflexible to accommodate emergency cases.

I had been suffering from frequent Abdominal pains, bloating and acidity for many years.I have seen many doctors over the years but never did I get such a detailed explanation of the disease and the treatment until I consulted Dr. Mounika.She is very attentive to the patients, listens to them carefully and explains everything.About a month ago my symptoms got worse with severe abdominal pain which didn't seem normal and that's when I went to see Dr. Mounika after reading the reviews on Google and Practo.After an endoscopy I got diagnosed with Stomach Ulcer and H. Pylori infection.Her treatment and advice on certain diet/lifestyle changes are helping me a lot. I have not experienced any major symptoms after the treatment started and yesterday after another endoscopy Dr. told me that the ulcer is healed.I am still undergoing the treatment to ensure complete healing. At the same time I will continue to follow her advice on the diet and taking my gut health seriously.I am really thankful that I found out about her and would definitely recommend her for any kind of gastrointestinal diseases.Thankyou Dr. Mounika for listening to me patiently, helping me understand the disease in detail and for your treatment.

Dr Mounika listened to my problems carefully, she also asked a lot of questions about the issues and then suggested endoscopy. After seeing the reports and listening to my problems, she prescribed medication for a month. After a month of medication, I felt better than before and met her again today. I like the way she tries to know the issue and the way she explains it to her patient. I felt very satisfied there treatment and suggested friends & relatives to visit her for any stomach related ailments.

Doctor is so kind to listen and she explained me why the issue might occur and explained me the medication to fix the issue. I contacted Dr. Mounika for Gastric issue which made me to suffer more than a year, but her medication helped to clear the gastric issue within 1month.

She gave me a word that within couple of months I will make this Gastric issue to resolve, but it got resolved within 1 month medication.

It was my 1st visit. Interaction with Doctor was very pleasant and she made me feel positive. Boosted my confidence and prescribed and explained the medication nicely. Given assurance that I would be alright. Will meet again after 10 days of medication. Seems good.

My wife had gatro problems like abdominal pain, bloating, gas etc and most of the doctors were not able to diagnose her. Suffered from H. Pylori infection, acid reflux, gastritis, miltiple erosions. Doctor had done the endoscopy and RUT, which gives RUT positive. Doctor mam is extraordinarily good in her field, she is very friendly and listens the whole problem and described the whole treatment plan and working mechanism of each medication. One of the very few patient doctor who devotes lot of time in understanding the problem. I visited for my 66 years old mother having multiple issues. Doctor suggested just one test through which the diagnosis was done correctly and could see improvement in 4 days of medicine. The Manipal famous doctor could not correctly diagnosis rather just suggested surgery of an organ.
