Inspiron Psychological Well-Being Centre

I still remember the day, when I dragged my feet through the doors of Inspiron, to meet Ms. Priyanka as adviced by my psychiatrist, wondering if this would do me any more good than my prior experiences with other counsellors.

The first session was with my mother to understand her view of my issue and my life from scratch. Once the session was over, from what my mother shared with me, I had a ray of hope that this therapy would at the least, have my mother to understand me better.

The following 2 sessions had me talking about my life, at the end of which, she made me realize some of the fundamentally wrong beliefs that I had based my life upon. It was definitely an eye opener.

Her non judgemental and friendly attitude helped me overcome my inhibitions and disclose every detail with ease. Though some of what she said were things that i had already heard of, the way she put it forth and explained with logic, made it more meaningful and convincing for me to bring about a change in my mindset.

At the end of every session, she helped me join the dots of everything that had happened so far in the session as well as in my life and jot down the same in my book, which gave me a better hold over things.

When I was reluctant to believe certain things that she said, she gave examples and engaged me in a few activities that made me more conscious of what I was doing, how it was affecting me and what I should be ideally doing to overcome my condition.

There was never a moment when I felt helpless after that, because I knew that I had her by my side and that definitely played a big role in re instilling optimism in me and boosting my self confidence .

I have acknowledged my condition and position now. I have begun to understand the reason behind things that have disturbed me a lot since long, which in return helps me to have a better control over myself.

The weight is finally off my head !!! :D I definitely owe her one for this as nothing would have been possible without her help and support.

I feel very grateful to Inspiron and Lenora for changing my life completely. I had reached a point in my life where I couldn't see any future, my relationships were spoilt and doing normal daily chores had become very difficult for me. That is when my husband found Inspiron and we went there asking for help and Lenora was assigned as my therapist. Lenora's therapy has helped me a lot. She is really good. She tried to identify and address the problems at the root and instead of giving solutions for every situation herself, she has enabled me to do so myself. She has changed my perspective towards life and now I am very happy, positive and confident and able to deal with all situations without affecting my mental health. I came to Lenora as a person confused and a little scared about therapy and she was more than just welcoming. In time she has helped me not only analyse my thoughts, but to also align them when everything seemed too grave and difficult. She has helped pull out knots in my head to show me an already clear picture. A way of thinking I thought wouldn't be possible to achieve. I still am a regular client and saying that I appreciate or thank her for everything she had helped me with would be a great understatement. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is going into therapy for a first time or not. She really has opened me to see and achieve my true potential.

Dr. Was very friendly, it was like opening up our feelings with a friend. She collected information and how she analyzed and consolidated our actions with appropriate words is amazing. Felt like she is speaking my mind.
