It is never our intention to “treat” any condition that our Clients present with. It is our goal to reverse engineer a Clients presentation by removing whatever is interfering with their health and add what is missing. We do not replace medical interventions but instead help our Clients become their own health advocates. Our goal is always centered around restoring vitality. We believe that a diagnosis can never paint the full picture of what is going on and only limit intervention options. She did not help me in the first session. she asked me questions and took down notes and told me she will share a plan after the call. I waited to see what she will share and it was basically a questionnaire and a link to her website. I did not get my money's worth because all she did was promote her own website. where is my diet chart? where is anything I can take away from the session which I paid for? I didn't pay for her to take notes and then vanish. Am I expected to pay more to get any real value? If so, this session should have been free! I don't recommend anybody who charges a fee without helping the patient.

Fabulous job has been done my Dr.Anitha. I love the way she guides Clients. She first understands the life style and suggest Nutrition plan.I have taken 3 months plan which made me to loose 9kg. It not only works on weight and Inch loss, it also gives a right quantity of nutrtion, minerals, proteins to a body to work with higher energy levels.She guided me to be healthier and stronger.She is very supportive through calls if anything needed on a urgency basis.and she also suggested for betterment of cosmic nature of body.I am very Grateful to Dr. Anitha for supporting me.

During lockdown, working from home made me put on weight. I was looking for a nutritionist for couple of months and then came across Anitha ma'am who had several postive stories from other patients. dr anitha is the best thing that happened to me. she is friendly and caring.she is the most approachable person I have ever seen in terms of consultation. answers the questions without any wait time. I was 75 when I consulted her. she prescribes customized diet programs based on your weight. even though I have achieved my target weight loss, I am still following the same diet pattern which she has prescribed. with this diet program, I am able to gain a healthy body.thank you anitha once again for the inspiration and motivation
