It’s a journey- A journey of motherhood that involves the pleasant surprise of conceiving, the gentle yet strength building Lamaze as well as labour support at the hospital you choose and once the baby’s in your arms, HerWellness takes you through a satisfying lactation journey, delicate and soothing massages for your baby (and your nerves too!). And all of this the ‘organic’ way. (I know this is an overused word these days!) What organic means is: - Conceiving the natural way through specific exercises, counselling and the right diet. We have enough chemicals surrounding us and definitely don’t need more surrounding our baby in the womb, right?- Helping you in labour and trying to make it as natural as possible- making it more peaceful and easy so that you welcome your baby in the right spirit! - And finally supporting you in providing the best food you can give to your baby- mother’s milk! And if not for any of this, we know every mother’s mind is filled with this question of- ‘Am I doing enough?’ Come with your baby, relax at ‘HerWellness’ and clarify all of those questions troubling you. Dr Shagufta is blessing for mother's who are facing issues related to lactation. For a mother giving birth is painful but seeing your child deprived from breast milk is nothing less than that .. I had delivered my child in a well know hospital of Bangalore but due to bad lactation process their my baby was almost rejecting me .. even via nipple sheild I was unable to feed him .. after 10 days via my friend got to know about Dr. Shagufta and luckily got her appointment .. in 3 meetings she has not only made me learn how to feed my child initially via sheild but also helped me to remove sheild which has been an impossible task for us as my baby was used too of it .. she is awesome while taking to her you will feel like you are talking a person very close to you who will listen whatever you say.
She is not only a lactation consultant but also a counsellor who will help you to get your all confidence back to feed you child .. Don't give a second thought if you have issue meet her asap as after giving birth nothing can make you happier than feeding your child .. Thank you so much Dr Shagufta for gifting me this happiness of life :)

Dr. Shagufta has provided lactation counselling to us, our gynaec has referred her to us. We were really having difficulty with our baby latching to his mom and my wife was sad about this, we were really lucky to have met Dr.Shagufta at right time, she is really good and very patiently explained us how to get baby used to breast feeding and i highly recommend anyone with similar need to consult her. *** *** ** *** ** *** **** ****** *** ****** **** *** ** ** **** * Because of her I could able to equip myself for normal delivery of my first kid,her pregnancy exercises and guidance gave me lot of advantages like no stretch Mark's, body flexibility, fitness throughout my delivery and post delivery too! She is best if any women want to equip herself for normal delivery and smooth and healthy delivery too! And post delivery she has given lot of good support with regard to lactation too!
