The best diet is that's which makes you fit & healthy, because it takes time for the body to set up, when you come to your diet routine, then you will see a difference in the body,

It's very easy for a healthy person to change the lifestyle,if follow diet, yoga, exercise or anything, You'll do it whenever you're ready.

But if you want to lose weight without medicines, yoga, exercise and only too diet and that in the condition of bedrest, then it will be like winning Gold medal in Olympics.

You will be shocked too when you read our story,

The Orthopedic doctor for Spine surgery and The Urologist & Nephrologist doctor for to set Valve & Pelvic muscles surgery finally talked about the operation, It's the last option for us, but doctors recommend and prefer to lose weight before the operation.

Then we contacted and talked to some dieticians but seeing this critical condition, everyone said that weight cannot be reduced in the condition of only bedrest and their weight will increase even more due to medicine, otherwise we thought about weight loss surgery.

What's a result to " The DIET "

3 PROBLEMS WAS CURED TO DIET

1.

Started Dr. Nafeesa's diet, since then periods are coming regularly on about 45 days.

For the last 18 years, the problem of irregular periods was treated only with Diet, did everything for this but did not get success. Did yoga, excersize, take medicine.

After 6 months of starting the diet, the problem of Urinary Incontinence was completely cured by itself.Which was a big surprise for us.

The problem which was not cured even after taking medicine, It's happened only by diet, without operation and medicine.

BEFORE THE DIET

My wife's problems & situations :

1.Irregularly periods (last 18 years)

2.Back-Pain (more than 4 years)

She had the problem of irregular periods for the last 18 years,Every treatment was done.

Did yoga, exercised, but it didn't help anything.

Then I had too also expected somthing, otherwise I was completely disappointed that even diet can't do anything now.
