First Eat Right Clinic - Koramangala

This is the second review I am leaving on Practo for Dr.Nafisa. I was 97 kgs when I first met her. I remember, I had with dedication and conviction working out, changed gyms a couple of times along with the coaches. I was fed up that I wasn't able to lose even an inch! I had a tipping point when one of the gym coaches suggested a medication to lose weight. That's when I finally decided to meet a nutritionist and after spending 2 days on the research and observing the glorious reviews on Dr.Nafisa's Practo page, decided to meet her. The best decision ever made! I am very thankful to her because she changed my relationship with the food I ate in a positive way. I didn't have to be intimated by lifestyle changes because of her customized plans. With her help, I was able to lose 20 plus kgs over 3 years. I recommend her whole heartedly. Her plans were good for my mental health too, which had taken a hit from all the less informed advice the gym coaches, I worked with, had given me. So thank you doctor! Immensely grateful to you.

The doctor listens patiently and makes us understand the issue related to our physical fitness. She guides with the treatment which is required based on our health condition. Post maternity I gained weight, and I was able to lose approx 13 kg in 5 months... The motivation starts from the first week itself when the scales show reduced weight. One important thing, there is no medication involved,but dedication is a must. Doctor can only guide us, the activities we need to perform. Apart, the food advised is easily available and the diet is revised on monthly basis according to the body requirement. The team is easily accessible if any help is required. Even they are there to share the recipes if you don't know one. I am highly impressed. Now I have a good food habit and a better way to live. Although I want to lose another 5 kg... Let's see when I can attain it.

I visited First Eat Right clinic 2 yrs back for hypothyroid and weight loss. I lost weight and my thyroid medication also came down to 12.5mcg and finally I stopped the medication.

Now I came again to First Eat Right to Consult Dr. Nafeesa because I developed prediabetes and wanted to reverse it.

The diet prescription Dr Nafeesa gave me was very easy to follow and I felt full and energetic throughout the day.

During this journey, I was not only able to lose 8kgs in 6 months. Important point is that I was prediabetic and now I am in the normal range. My diabetes is reversed.
