I met Dr. Sweta for a consultation. She explained the problem to me in detail and gave me the required medicines. i had consulted her once before and i was very satisfied with the treatment. But this time i faced a little issue after the consultation. I was buying the medicines and had a confusion about an ointment that she had prescribed. now i called the clinic first and the receptionist said Dr. Sweta is busy. I called again after 15mins, the receptionist said she is busy. then i texted Dr. Sweta about the medicine. Though she replied back but i wanted to talk to her and then be sure about it. hence I called the clinic again and the receptionist said she is busy. I called again after half an hour and the receptionist refused to give the phone to Dr. Sweta even after telling her than i need not even a minute. after several calls, finally Dr. Sweta came on call and sounded quite rude. I was a little surprised with her behaviour wherein i was just trying to confirm the name of a medicine. this kind of behaviour from a clinic and a doctor is quite disheartening.

There are doctors and then there is Swetha! As far as dermatologists go you can be rest assured that you are in the best of hands when you go to her. She comes in that rare category of doctors who are actually concerned about you, want to help you get better and give medically sound advice. Another aspect that sets her apart from the run of the mill dermatologists is that she does not evoke fear and stress but instills a sense of calm and confidence. I visited Dr Swetha for age spots and pigmentation issue and more like I felt my skin wasn’t having g life . Firstly, dr swetha is informative and I am impressed with the way she interacts with the client. She stands out separate among the doctors whom I have met so far. She explained to me about my skin, what’s it’s lacking, and how to enrich it. I was quite impressed and felt that no one else could have explained to me that way. I was suggestive some creams and face wash , and how it had to be used and what results to expect after a month treatment. Honestly, the results are the same as how it was to be. My age spots and pigmentations are much better now. No unnecessary medications nor any lab test was recommended. Well satisfied with dr swetha.

She explained to me of what my skin is , what it needs and how to treat it. I got in treated for Botox for my wrinkles and since it was my first experience I was a bit worried.
