Doctor spent over 1.5hrs trying to explain me the science behind the process, his ways of working and values as a doctor and answered all my questions patiently - all of which I personally hold very critical in helping me take a decision. I exited the clinic with far more clarity on the process than I had gathered through all my previous consultations and research.
