Recently I had an orthopedic problem that crippled my normal life, causing a little anxiety in me.Consultation and treatment with an orthopedic surgeon follwed.Later he advised me to have a few sessions of Physiotherapy. I visited a Physiotherapy center, but the treatment and the attitude of the staff didn't measure up to my expectation. So I searched.

I had heard of Curis Phisiotherapy center near Devegowda petrol bunk, Hosakeranahalli and I approached it.. and I think I took the wisest desicion .Dr Ponkhi Sharma, the Head of the center, listened to my problem patiently and explained to me clinically the problem I had. She designed a set of exercises for my problem. Not even once did she talk about blusiness and money. She was so polished and refined. Having attended to my problem personally for two days, She left me under the care of Dr Syeda Sadiya, a young , efficient,and caring Physio. Dr Sadiya seems to be a quick learner as she has already begun pick up the nuances of her profession. She is very attentive to your problem and never ever is casual in her approach. She is very conscious of time, so much so she moves from one exercise to the other without wasting your time.She is very clear in her instructions. Some times she does, some times teaches and some times she orders or your benifit. She is very attentive to your problem. Dr Sadia is verycommunicative...speaks a few languages, that's an added advantage for the patients.

If any body has any ortho problem,CURIS is the cure. I

I visited this clinic on 04.01.2022 with knee pain (Pain on sheen). I ran half marathon on 12. 12.2021 and subsequently I kept on running intermittently till 01.01.2021. The pain in my right knee was recurring. I consulted this clinic after being given the understanding that this clinic is giving physio support to one of the well-known runner's groups in Bangalore. Dr. Syeda Sadiya Nikhath had treated my knee pain. She first explained the reasons for the pain and also told me how to avoid the injury. She also explained how to overcome the pain if it occurs. I was given 10 days of US and IFT treatment. Dr. Syada taught me some exercises for strengthening of Qudriplex, Hamstring, calf and leg muscles. The pain in my knee has vanished in just 3 days of treatment. Subsequent treatment and strengthening excercises had brought lot of relief to me. I started running even during the course of my treatment. I am continuing with exercises taught by Dr. Syeda Sadiya. My Qudriplex, Hamstring, calf and leg muscles. are becoming stronger and stronger. I am able to do my run workouts including HIIT and Hill runs without any issues. I was also informed how to manage post-run muscle pain with hot and cold treatment. In all, I am very much satisfied with the treatment given to me in this clinic. I could meet Dr. Ponkhi Sharma on the last day of my treatment. She also once again explained how to avoid injuries and manage /heal it when it occurs. She assured me to walk into the clinic any time if I feel pain/ comfortlessness in my knee /leg/feet for treatment as she has good experience in handling sports/ Athletes injuries. I would say this clinic not only treats conventional orthopedic problems but issues related to sports/athletics etc. I wish great future to Dr. Syeda Sadiya. Her dedication to cause of patients is highly appreciable.

Dr. Sayeda Sadiya Nikath, two words stands out to describe her work ethics 1. Exemplery skillfulness 2. Passionate professional to derive results

She has treated me for cervical spondylitis and frozen shoulder and my family member for mild parkinsonism or diabetic neuropathy.

Along with sadia and Dr.Ponki were the ones who thoroughly examined the condition (entire 45 mins) before suggesting treatment. Both of them have shown same interest from day 1 to session 25 after 5 weeks. These are the people with fire in the belly to make it big by their work ethics.

Sadia assesses the patient medical and psychological condition very keenly and treats according to patient's ability.Her aggression is very healthy one exhibiting it very politely and some times jovially too.

They stick to the session duration committed initially and doesn't emphasize on extending at all. Personally I felt they are not ones with Money first mindedness.

While Dr.Sadia is very skillful at treating technique and Rehab exercises, Dr.Ponki is very experienced enough to use new and advanced treatment aid.

I'm writing this after having tried two other physiotherapy centers in last 3 yrs, this time an entire year pain due to whiplash injury has been subsided in two weeks but the difference being I'm very clearly working on "long term strengthening and cure" than mere pain management. The treatment is an will be effective provided we practice as per the road map for recovery as suggested on the last day.

Honestly, they didn't even ask for this feedback on practo or google. (It's rare in today's scenario not to ask on rating and publicity). DR.Sadia just briefed on the home practice upon completion and wished good health stating in her typical tone that "I don't want to see both of you in the same condition ever in future and wish to meet in good health only for change of exercises a bit advanced one" and turned for their next patient. One of the Very sincere people I've come across.

I wish they grow In leaps and bounds and excel in their professional lives while continuing to do the good work with same interest towards patients, zeal to excel and right attitude as always.

When I first went with my problem of knee pain I went with lot of anxiety and stress because I was told that very soon I would have to have knee replacement

The moment Dr Ponkhi went through my X-rays and tested me and told me that I had no major issues and with Physio and muscle strengthening exercises I should be fine it was a big relief

Dr Ponkhi is an excellent person who gives lot s of positivity and encouragement she makes us feel very comfortable and confident

I fall short of words of thanking her for all her support and encouragement she is indeed a great friend
