I reached out to Neha to get help and recover from grief, pain, confusion and anxiety that came along with the end of an emotionally abusive relationship. I felt very comfortable sharing my story and felt heard and got multiple great insights. She listens carefully and is able to pick on key issues to work on and offers good suggestions. Her prescriptions are great and I am much stronger in the past month and have been able to make my own decisions.

We all go through struggles and hardships and its okay to get some help. I was really hesitant about reaching out for help and I am student who is currently studying in the US and I am so glad I came across Neha. She has gotten me out of my depression and anxiety and helped me develop my own coping mechanisms to deal with problems. She understood, listened and gave me prescription that fits my personality and comfort zone.
Her approach to therapy was really different and refreshing and I am still in the process of healing but I know I will get there.
Even with the time difference, she has managed to help me out.

I've had several sessions with Neha and they have been enlightening and very positive. Her approach to mental health is refreshing, she helps you explore your issues with the right questions and helps you arrive at answers yourself. There is no judgement and so you can open yourself up without further anxiety. She listens carefully and gives a positive spin to problems so you can deal with them in a better way. Doctor was friendly.. earlier i was not able to open up with many of the doctors.. but I was able to open up myself with doctor Neha and explain my issues.. There is no issue with treatment given by doctor... but issue with me as I am not working upon the things she suggested.. trying to workout on what she suggested will definitely help to come out of the situation.. so efforts should be from patient side as well along with doctor what i feel
