We have been regularly visiting Dr. Anjana Patil for my infant. It has always been a good experience at her clinic until this time .
This time too the initial appointment with the doctor went as expected. However when we visited back the clinic in 5 days time to know how long we should be using the milk that was prescribed (please note, our only ask was to know how long we should be continuing with the prescribed milk), the receptionist at the clinic refused to let us in without having paid the Rs. 500 consultation fee once again. She was extremely rude and adamant! The doctor in all the commotion did come out , but our experience with her this time was not as pleasant as it usually was. It was an outright insulting experience!

Our son had speech delay and we took therapy from Lavanya from more than a year (both offline and online). Initially i was worried on how can he concentrate or adjust to her. But she could easily get along with him and make him learn many things which we were struggling to teach. He started enjoying her class and was waiting for her class. She was very patient in teaching and was making sure he learns things before moving to next concept. After every class, she was guiding us on how to improve him in different concepts. It has really helped out kid. Thanks to her for all support and guidance.

Dr. Lavanya played a key role for the significant development of our child. She is very patient and cordial while dealing with the kids. She understands the child's behavior very well and works for the child development accordingly. In addition, she provides important inputs and suggestions which parents or family members should follow which in turn accelerates the child's development in several areas such as improvement in speech and communication, bringing kid's attention, getting response from the kid, food habits etc. Last but not the least, she is accessible and very supportive when parents need anything for the kid.
