I am an RCI certified and licensed professional trained in psycho-diagnosis through psychological assessments and psychotherapy. I am trained in various therapies like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Art based Therapies. I am driven to empathize and help people out when they are distressed. When I work with children, adolescents and their parents, they always come back with a smile for the next session, with hope and confidence in them. With adults, there is a collaborative relationship between us and we work together to deal with the current challenges that they're facing. I have worked with cancer patients and their caregivers, as well. I am sincere and strictly follow ethics during practice. I've always been open to feedback, which facilitates my learning further.
