Thanks to Dr. Garima madam............I have been suffering from severe depression, anxiety and negative thoughts since past 01 year 06 months. I was feeling continuous nervous, and completely lost interest from job and career. I consulted many doctors but result was not satisfactory. I was worried about my problems, I thought that I will not recover from these.

But after consulting Dr. Garima mam I am feeling much better, she changed my life. She listened my every problem carefully and gave good guidance. She taught some techniques like relaxation techniques and how to deal with negative thoughts, that was really helpful. Now, I am completely recovered, really she is god for me.
