My experience with Dr. Milind Kharche is really very good.. i'm satisfied with the explanation of treatment, medicine dosage, also make patients feel comfortable and make feel that we are alright .. yes waiting time period is more but is worthy.. being a consultant and intervential cardiologist he is very well in handling child patients... also make them feel normal checkup... in covid situation also... he has managed social distancing as well as hygiene. .. this is really wonderful. .. you should not worry about anything when you are with Dr. Kharche.. and yes I thank Dr. in helping me...

I want to mention one more thing that ,today at most care is taken of me from Dr. & Hosoital from Corona.

A different point unrelated to the good doctor but critical for overall system : will you please ask somebody to maintain the toilets clean and tidy. The ring on the pot was missing, the tap handle cap on the wash basin was broken and while I was at the washbasin, a uniformed employee pushed the toilet door and spit in loudly. Horribly sickening, I will say.

No doubt, I am satisfied with treatment.

I am suggesting to need to improve following some issues if you convenient.

1. Reduce waiting period of OPD patient. Seperately reserve the time for prior appointment patient.

1. Reduce waiting period of OPD patient. Seperately reserve the time for prior appointment patient. They should come their time at hospital and met you as per schedule time 15 to 20 minutes plus minus.

2. Speak more with patient about his problems. I know you cannot solve the problem of everyones within few minutes. But communication with patient is most important. It is boosting moral of patient and same time respect and believeness of doctor. Many times doctors word cured patient other than medicine.

3. Request Online Appointment system should introduce for doctor and patient convince.
