Her ability to diagnose and treat the problem is commendable, she is dedicated towards her profession and provide exceptional care to her patients.

Doctor listen everything from patients and give soft reply to each enquiry and give valuable suggestions in regards to treatment. My experience that doctor advice/ suggestions are always valuable in long run

Concern Doctor charging excess fees then standard consultation Fee for dental treatment i.e Root canal treatment of dental.

Hence, I think should go for second opinion for dental treatment.

It was very upsetting as the dr was angry that the fee promised by practo was less. Instead of informing Practo to increase it after her consultation with me was over. She ver rudely told her assistant in front of me to stop services through practo as she can not see patients for less. This was hurtful and insulting. I waited for 5-10 minutes but was too uncomfortable. How can I trust a doctor who does not want to see me. Even if she is forced to how will i know she dodnt compromise because I had paid as per her fee listed. It is the doctor’s responsibility to update her fee everywhere online. And if she get an odd patient who is paying less she should be graceful enough to either ask for more explaining that the fee is wrong or be not petty and resolve the problem later. Its disgraceful to have a doctor insult a patient for no fault of theirs. Very very bad experience. I was very scared of visiting dentists....but the way you are taken care of at Randhawa dental care is appreciable...the warmth of the staff and Dr. herself is great...The painless treatment is what kept me going to them....and The most important part is hygiene...its great...nothing is compromised

I really want to thank dr ritudeep because I was really scared for the dental treatment always. But dr ritudeep was so comfortable. She alleviated my anxiety by her caring and so comfortable nature. Treatment procedure was also very painless and comfortable. Thanku so much doc.
