The time I was having some sleepless nights and feeling apathy sShirodhara at Dr Ritesh clinic helped me.
Stress made my condition bad and I was unable to communicate to other people. I was forgetting things and getting fearful thoughts. My sleep was disturbed and appetite too. I was on mood enhancer & sedatives from past many time but was not getting above it with chemicals based medicines. A friend recommended panchkarma treatment and visited Deevya Ayurveda and panchkarma center.
