Dr Gaurav is an amazing Physician. I have always had a good experience under his treatment. Same as always I felt good after consulting with him regarding my hair and skin on 16-02-2026. However I would like to underline few of my observations during my recent visit and PRP GFC treatment which I believe is necessary to inform.

I was attended by three Nursing staff during the procedure. Firstly the male staff took my blood sample without wearing the gloves or following any universal precautions due to which I was afraid of any possible cross infection.

Secondly the staff didn’t waited enough after injecting the anaesthesia which resulted in a painful procedure which could have been avoided. According to me there was a lack of empathy towards the patient and rushing on with the procedure to complete it as soon as they can. I noted him leaving the procedure room straight after the procedure with no post procedure instructions and handing over the remaining responsibility to the female staff nurse.

Thirdly, the positive experience I had was with the female Nurse who was accompanying the other two Nurses. I’m thankful that at least she was gentle towards me through the procedure and helped with post procedure cleaning of scalp gently to ease out the pain, made sure I’m in less pain and comfortable post procedure.
