Perfect diet plan for current lifestyle. I am IT professional and due to nature of work, it's difficult to manage health. Increasing weight at young age is alarming. As I can't change my work life, I thought to change my diet. Ms Dhara helped me a lot. She gave a diet plan which is stomach filling but low calories. I am following this for last 8 weeks and reduced 6kg. All the best for people seeking weight management and Ms Dhara is worth trying. Surely recommend.

I reside in Malaysia and i consult Dhara over a call if i need to make any diet plan for me or for my family. I had consulted her multiple times. 1st time i did when i started going to GYM and needed proper diet plan for my requirement. After that, she became our family dietitian and i consulted her for diet when my wife was pregnant and also when i needed diet for my grandparents who are diabetic patient.
