Dr tarak patel thank you sir for your valuable suggestion and guidelines. i was stuck in west bengal with my father Mr Shiwadhar singh admit over there after he met with accident with spine injury. I was to a unknown place with unknown people was very much in state of confusion but my heartly thanks to Dr Tarak patel sir that he remotely attended my call and based on reports he suggested me the best sollution and built confidence in me for the problem , I must say the confidence that he talks regarding the problem one will certainly feel the 50% less stress over any situation. words are less but emotion are vast to describe the satisfaction.
