I called and visited Dr Ritesh out of hours on a Sunday for treatment of my 6 year old daughter's injury. She had a deep cut on her forehead requiring stiches.

Doctor's calm demeanour, professionalism and knowledge immediately put our worries to rest. He explained the seriousness of injury, treatment required, options and associated risks. He then skilfully performed a mini operation stitching up my daughter's wound, prescribed medication and setup follow up appointments.

They way he dealt with us and our daughter was brilliant. It being a Sunday he had to call in staff and Dr Shruti at short notice just for us, attending to us wasn't going to make him a lot of money and he could have easily refused to answer call and sent us elsewhere. His willingness to treat patients and provide excellent care even out of hours shows his commitment to medical ethics and customer care.

Location and quality of his hospital facilities is also great. I will definitely recommend him.
